Exploring Consumer Perspectives on Product Care – Insights from BIOTEXFUTURE

Have you ever wondered what consumers think about product care? This week, a team of researchers from the Chair of Industrial Management and the BIOTEXFUTURE project explored consumer care intentions in a field experiment at the adidas Flagship Store in Berlin. Alongside our colleagues from the SmartBioFinish project, which is developing a bio-based textile finishing technology for water- and oil-repellent properties, we also engaged in insightful discussions with consumers about bio-based textiles. These findings will help shape the future direction of our project.
