This year’s Open and User Innovation conference took the Chair of Industrial Management to Harvard Business School. Together, Lauren Mackintosh, Hannah Altenburg, Christian Baccarella and Kai-Ingo Voigt participated in the Consumer and User Innovation session with their latest research on the role of implicit consumer feedback for the design of bio-based products.

It was a great experience to be part of the conference in this the truly remarkable environment! We were also especially happy to be united with FAU family members and outstanding researchers in the OUI community!
