Prof. Kai-Ingo Voigt participates in the renowned “Tag der Industrie 2023” hosted by the BDI
On June 19th, Prof. Voigt had the distinct privilege of engaging in the esteemed “Tag der Industrie” alongside notable figures from the German industrial sector. Prof. Voigt had the opportunity to personally welcome the distinguished lecturers of the Chair of Industrial Management, Siemens CEO Dr. Roland Busch and BMW CEO Prof. Zipse.
The event commenced with an opening by BDI President Siegfried Russwurm, honorary professor of FAU and also esteemed guest speaker of our Chair. Followed by a profound speech by Olaf Scholz on the significance of further education for addressing current challenges in the industry. After a subsequent discussion between our Chancellor and the BDI President, there was an impulse session by Federal Minister of Finance, Christian Lindner, focusing on the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy.
It was a highlight to participate in this exceptional event, and we look forward with great anticipation to the next year.
