Smooth seas don’t make skilled sailors – Exploring digital business with Dr. Oana Buliga from LEONI
The Chair of Industrial Management was happy and proud to host our alumna, Dr. Oana Buliga, Solution Architect, Digital Solutions Group at LEONI, for a guest lecture at our university. As part of our Master’s course Global Operations Strategy, Dr. Buliga provided us with hands-on insights and practical examples regarding business in an ever more digital world. She organized her statements in 19 exciting lessons for digital explorers, which stimulate thinking ahead and out of the box. Dr. Buliga’s lecture resulted in an intriguing discussion regarding the backgrounds of business models and business model innovation.
