Sixth class of the Siemens MBA program „International Leadership and Finance“ kicked off in Feldafing

For the sixth time, Prof. Kai-Ingo Voigt and Prof. Dr. Ralf P. Thomas (CFO of Siemens AG) had the pleasure to welcome the new class of the Siemens MBA „International Leadership and Finance“ in Feldafing. This year, Prof. Kai-Ingo Voigt. Dr. Christian Baccarella, and Lukas Maier kicked off the Innovation module. For a whole week, 23 hand-picked high potentials of the Siemens AG worked on and discussed about contemporary aspects of Technology and Innovation Management.

One of the highlights was the visit of next47, Siemens’ very own global venture firm in Munich. Many thanks to next47 CFO Dr. Eva Riesenhuber, Matthias Roth (Director of Next47 Create), and the whole team for giving us a sneak peak into their work and their upcoming projects!

Another highlight, was a great guest lecture of Dr. Norbert Luetke-Entrup (Head of Technology and Innovation Management @Siemens). Mr. Luetke-Entrup gave many fascinating insights into Siemens’ innovation strategy and discussed interesting topics in the field of technology and innovation with the class.

The SIEMENS MBA „International Leadership and Finance“, delevoped and designed in cooperation with the FAU and the Siemens AG, is primarily aimed at leading young professionals from several divisions, departments and regions, nominated by a member of the Finance-Leadership-Team under the patronage of Siemens CFO Prof. Dr. Ralf P. Thomas.
