Professor Voigt honored at the University of International Business and Economics
From September, 16th – 21st, Professor Voigt and Lothar Czaja gave a guest lecture at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing/ China about the Foundations of Industrial Management, which contained aspects on Technology and Innovation Management as well as Production and Supply Chain Management.
Furthermore, Professor Voigt was honored by Professor Xiaomeng Li, Deputy Director of UIBE International Cooperation Office, for his many years of commitment at the UIBE as both a researcher and lecturer. After 20 years of successful cooperation between the UIBE and the FAU, Professor Voigt is looking forward to the future in order to further intensify the relationship between the two universities.
The visit also left some time to speak with Mr. Xin Li, Director and Head of Controlling of VCIC & Brand Volkswagen China & Brand Skoda China, from the new headquarter of the Volkswagen Group in China and to meet some former students of the 4+2-program who are now working for Volkswagen China.
