Insightful excursion to the Castell Winery with Graf Wolfgang zu Castell-Castell
On September 24th, the chair team around Prof. Voigt attended an informative tour through the Castell winery.
Under the highly professional guidance of Graf Wolfgang zu Castell-Castell, the team took a walk through the vineyards and visited the historic wine cellar. As the wine industry represents a valuable sector of the Franconian economy, we appreciated the insights into the craft of wine cultivation and production as well as the history of the Castell family.
