The chair of Industrial Management presented three recent research papers at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference in Lisbon, Portugal. First, Dr. Christian  Baccarella talked about “Do Fine Feathers Make Fine  Birds? Examining the Role of a Product’s Packaging  Functionality on Consumer Behavior“ (together with Lukas Maier, Anna-Laura Himmelreich, and Prof. Dr.  Kai-Ingo Voigt). Second, Marc Rücker discussed  about “Flexible Working – Collaboration Booster  or Productivity Killer?“ (together with Oscar  Pakos, Tobias Eismann, Martin Meinel, and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo  Voigt). Finally, Oscar Pakos presented results on “Leading for Creativity: Leading for Creativity: Reviewing the Past Decade of Empirical Research  on Leader Characteristics and Behavior“ (together with co-authored Tobias Eismann, Moritz Ries, Marc Rücker,  Martin Meinel, and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt).

We are happy for the constructive feedback and are already looking forward to next year’s EURAM conference in Dublin, Ireland!
