Presentation of our latest Industry 4.0 research results at the Scientific Symposium “Supply Management” in Mannheim
The Chair of Industrial Management participated in the scientific symposium “Supply Management” organized by the Federation of Material Management, Purchasing, and Logistics (Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik, abbreviated BME) on 26th March 2019. Prof. Dr. Julian Müller and Johannes Veile presented our latest research paper entitled “Supplier integration in the context of Industry 4.0 – Current requirements for suppliers, challenges and courses of action” (authored by Prof. Dr. Julian Müller, Johannes Veile, and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt). Many researchers from the areas of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Procurement followed our presentation interestedly and subsequently discussed in plenary.
