Local Heroes presented their business concepts to four local companies and Dr. Fraas
In this winter term 2018/2019, the Chair of Industrial Management offered something very special to our FAU students and to the region of Nuremberg. For the first time, students had the opportunity to work on real business challenges from our local business partners. Together with our four business partners JeckyBeng (sustainable outdoor fashion label), ambos.io (tech-startup), Mainheim (restaurant with sustainable and regional products), and Töpferei Beckert (pottery company) the students worked on exciting real case challenges.
On December 10th 2018, the students presented their results in front of Prof. Voigt, the business partners, and Dr. Michael Fraas (Head of the economic department, City of Nuremberg). Since Prof. Voigt and his chair are excited about teaching with practical relevance, we were very happy that Dr. Fraas honored these efforts by joining our seminar and welcoming the students. We also want to thank all of our four business partners for their great commitment to the seminar and wish them all the best for their successful future!
