Presentation and Discussion about Industry 4.0 and Sustainability
On Monday, November 27 2018, Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt had the honor to talk about Industry 4.0 and sustainability in a Sustainability workshop organized by Prof. Dr. Beckmann and “sneep”. In his presentation, he talked about to what extent Industry 4.0 may serve as a model for future sustainable industrial value creation. In so doing, Prof. Voigt presented our latest research results resulting from the EFI-project and gave an overview about current research activities (Please visit the EFI website for further details on the project). Many professors, PhD students, representatives from corporate practice, and students avertedly followed his presentation.
