Interactive guest lecture on Creativity and New Work by TeamBank AG
On Thursday, we had the pleasure to welcome Felix Schaffelhofer, Head of Strategy, and Dr. Michael Migendt, Strategy / Innovation / Partnering, from TeamBank AG for a guest lecture in our course Organizational Creativity. We listened to how TeamBank approaches staying creative and innovative in the banking industry. In particular, both experts shared their experiences on working in creative workspaces. In 2015, TeamBank relocated their headquarters and designed them according to “New Work”-principles and experienced that their new workspaces not only enhanced TeamBank’s employees’ communication and creativity but also their well-being. Throughout the guest lecture, students participated in a vivid discussion. We thank Mr. Schaffelhofer and Dr. Migendt for their interactive guest lecture and look forward to further joint projects with TeamBank AG.
We are also looking forward to our second guest lecture in Organizational Creativity this semester on Thursday, 8th Feb 2018. We will have Rainer Schultz, CEO at Die Zwei, a Nuremberg-based marketing agency, as a guest.
