Annual meeting of the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft für Betriebswirtschaft e.V. in 2017
On November 29th and 30th, Professor Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer – Bosch-CFO and Honorary Professor of the Chair of Industrial Management – headed the program committee of the annual meeting of the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft für Betriebswirtschaft e.V., the “71. Deutscher Betriebswirtschafter-Tag” in Düsseldorf. This year’s topic of the meeting was “Cross-Border M&A”.
Top-class speakers and industry experts presented and discussed interesting topics on cross-border M&A projects. Additional parallel sessions on Finance, Valuation, Accounting and Controlling, and Management and Organisation were rounding out the whole event nicely.
