Interesting guest lecture by Prof. Dr. Alexander Pflaum, Director of Fraunhofer SCS
In our lecture series on Industry 4.0, Prof. Voigt welcomed Prof. Dr. Alexander Pflaum, who is Director of Fraunhofer SCS and Professor at the University of Bamberg. Prof. Pflaum talked about the way towards a platform economy in times of digitization and Industry 4.0. Thereby, he gave some very interesting insights on the research of Fraunhofer in the context of Industry 4.0. Moreover, Prof. Pflaum emphasized the role of data analytics and new business models in the course of digital transformation. Prof. Voigt and the Chair give thanks to Prof. Pflaum for his great speech and look forward to further cooperation!
