The Chair of Industrial Management presented two recent research papers at the renowned innovation conference of the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM) in Vienna. Martin Meinel talked about how „Design Thinking works! Experimental Evidence from 53 Product Design Teams“, a paper co-authored by Tobias Eismann, Dr. Christian Baccarella, Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, and Prof. Dr. Sebastian Fixson from Babson College. Daniel Kiel discussed research findings on „Sustainable Industrial Value Creation: Benefits and Challenges of Industry 4.0“. The chair is particularly pleased that this paper, co-authored by Julian Müller, Christian Arnold, and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, was honoured with the Alex Gofman Best Paper Award. It has been the second year in a row now that the ISPIM appreciated the chair‘s research activities with this outstanding award.
